Medicare Supplement Insurance (includes a review of prescription coverage)

The following procedures apply to reviews conducted between Oct. 1 and Dec. 31:

1. There is no deadline for changing from one Medicare Supplement policy to another.
2. The deadline for changing a Medicare Prescription Drug Plan is Dec. 7.
3. We do not accept survey responses by telephone or text messaging.
4. If you have questions, please call 601-879-9361.
5. If we have questions or concerns, we will call you only once or twice and leave a message if your voicemail is enabled.
6. Replies that omit vital information will go into a pending stack and might not be resolved in a timely manner.

Send it to us by postal mail or hand delivery to our office, which is typically open Monday – Friday from 10:00 to 6:00 at 740 Highway 49, Suite L-2, Flora, MS 39071.  We’re in the Cotton Exchange Plaza.

Complete a fillable survey.
Save it to your device, then send it to us by email, or print it for mailing or hand delivery to our office.  The email address is shown at the top of the survey form.  If you take more than 12 prescriptions, use option 1 above.

Complete an electronic survey.
Do not put a checkmark in both the Medicare Supplement and the Medicare Advantage boxes; it’s impossible to have both.  If you have a Medicare Supplement and a Medicare Prescription Drug plan you may place a checkmark in both boxes.  When done, hit the send button.  If you have trouble, please use one of alternative methods listed above.
